Custom Adams A6 Trumpet: Build your Own

Description

The A6, designed in collaboration with Adams Performing Artist Dontae Winslow, is a fantastic combination of old-world craftsmanship with modern improvements. Originally based on the classic “Connstellation” this horn possesses many of the same features of the older instrument, such as the smaller bore (.438/11mm), wide wrap, ergonomics, first-valve trigger assembly, and counterweights. While the original instrument is still quite wonderful we worked at improving the overall sound color palette, the intonation, the centering, and weight balance. The result of years of refining is the bond of old and new!

Custom Bell Gauges:

– The thinner the gauge of the bell results in a more energized, faster response.

– The ticker the gauge of the bell will result in more stability and density to the sound
